We are proud to announce the successful delivery of the new Coles Sushi fitout at Coles Coburg North. This installation forms part of Coles’ latest in-store offering, and we’re pleased to have supported the rollout.
The project involved the full internal setup of the sushi kiosk area. The workspace was delivered within a tight operational window, requiring close coordination with store management and after-hours works to minimise disruption.
Despite the challenges of working within a live retail environment, the project was delivered on schedule and with minimal impact to surrounding departments. The end result is a clean, modern installation that integrates seamlessly into the Coburg North store.
