With experience across various roles—including Facilities Manager, Contract Administrator, Project Engineer, and Preconstruction Manager—Aaron is a well-rounded professional. He has managed projects in commercial, retail, education, aged care, and government sectors for both state and federal agencies. Known for his focus and problem-solving abilities, Aaron effectively drives project success while analysing and addressing challenges at their core to mitigate risks and overcome obstacles.
Aaron also leads our pre-construction team, ensuring that 345 Projects thoroughly understands and plans each project before it’s awarded. He works closely with clients to incorporate all project requirements, providing accurate cost estimates and enhancing overall project certainty.
