Henry brings 15 years of construction experience, beginning as a commercial building surveyor and evolving into a passionate site manager on iconic London buildings. He transitioned into project management and moved to Australia in 2017, initially as a client-side PM before returning as a head contractor. Henry has managed various retail and commercial projects,
particularly thriving in fast paced, live environments where he excels at planning and sequencing complex projects.

As Project Manager, Henry oversees all aspects of project delivery, acting as the primary client contact from preconstruction through to the completion of the Defects Liability Period (DLP). He is responsible for managing site teams to ensure safety, quality, schedules, and budgets, and will be on site to uphold his high standards throughout the project.

Aaron began his construction career in his family's business and has built a strong reputation as a technically skilled project manager. With experience across various roles—including Facilities Manager, Contract Administrator, Project Engineer, and Preconstruction Manager—Aaron is a well-rounded professional. He has managed projects in commercial, retail, education, aged care, and government sectors for both state and federal agencies. Known for his focus and problem-solving abilities, Aaron effectively drives project success while analysing and addressing challenges at their core to mitigate risks and overcome obstacles.

Aaron also leads our pre-construction team, ensuring that 345 Projects thoroughly understands and plans each project before it’s awarded. He works closely with clients to incorporate all project requirements, providing accurate cost estimates and enhancing overall project certainty.

James brings over 15 years of experience to the construction industry, beginning his career as a qualified carpenter specializing in high-end residential homes. Over time, he expanded his expertise into the commercial and retail sectors, where he has successfully managed projects valued up to $15 million, often working within live environments.

As a registered building practitioner in commercial low-rise construction, James’s in-depth knowledge is a significant asset to 345 Projects. His expertise is crucial in understanding constructability throughout both the preconstruction and delivery stages.

In his role as Operations Director at 345 Projects, James is responsible for overseeing site operations and managing teams. He ensures that safety and operational standards are consistently met, leveraging his extensive experience and leadership to drive the successful delivery of every project.
