Ali Righi
At 345 Projects we’re committed to the representation and inclusion of Women in Construction. As we continue to grow, we thought it pertinent to introduce a newly created Office Manager Role to help streamline business operations, and we’re proud to announce that Alexandra Righi has joined us in this position! Having hailed from EA and Office Management positions within the Architecture & Design industry, we are excited to have Ali join the 345 Team and assist us in the smooth running of the business and everything admin related. We’re excited to continue to grow and provide further roles and opportunities for Women in Construction. 🛠️
Kelvin Qiao
🚀Introducing Kelvin, who joined us last year as our new Contracts Administrator at 345 Projects!🚀 Kelvin is an experienced professional within the construction industry, with a strong background in Project and Design Coordination, and Cost Estimation. His experience in Contract Administration within various sectors of the construction industry has proven invaluable - equipping him with strong skills in contract management, project delivery and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Kelvin has already displayed a high level of efficiency and continues to deliver many successful outcomes. We're excited to grow with Kelvin and are thrilled to have him as part of the 345 Team.
Craig Trewarn
Recently at 345 Projects we have had a few new starters - first up, we’re thrilled to welcome Craig Trewarn join us as a Project Manager! 💫 With over 25 years of experience in Retail and Construction Site Management, Craig has successfully overseen complex projects and operations, consistently delivering high-quality results. His extensive background also includes 11 years as a Business Owner in Property Management, giving him a deep understanding of the challenges clients face when it comes to delivering projects on time and within budget. We believe Craig will be a huge asset to the team, bringing his expertise and insight to help drive our delivery in retail construction.
