The Big W QV project involved a full-store refurbishment and renewal of the 5,000 m² Melbourne CBD store, completed within an 8-week fast-track program.
Located in the busy QV retail precinct, the project demanded careful planning and coordination to deliver a major upgrade within a live city environment subject to strict curfews, noise restrictions, and limited loading access.

The scope included complete electrical works, new flooring throughout, and comprehensive shopfitting upgrades to modernise the store and align with Big W’s national format.
345 Projects managed end-to-end delivery, including signage, IT, and Wanzl integration, coordinating all trades under a compressed timeframe.
