PROJECT OVERVIEW

The Dan Murphy’s Unley project highlights 345 Projects’ capability in delivering fast-tracked retail fit outs under tight timeframes and complex delivery conditions.
Engaged directly by Endeavour Group, we were responsible for the internal construction and full store fit-out of a new Dan Murphy’s store within a 12-week program.

Following base build handover, the first 8 weeks focused on construction delivery, during which we completed:

Internal partitions and wall linings

Building services installation and infrastructure works

Joinery preparation and internal finishes

Compliance upgrades and fit-out readiness

Our role was subsequently extended to manage the final 4-week shopfitting stage, coordinating all joinery, fixtures, finishes, signage, and detailing to ensure the store was fully launch-ready.

The Unley project was delivered on schedule and to specification, with a seamless handover for store launch.
It demonstrates our ability to take ownership of complex retail fit outs, driving projects from construction through to completion while maintaining quality, safety, and client confidence.
