The Woolworths Ferntree Gully project demonstrates our capability to deliver high-quality retail upgrades within live operating environments.
Completed over a 14-week program, the works focused on expanding and enhancing an active supermarket while maintaining full store operations.

The project involved the construction of a new precast extension, seamlessly integrated with the existing structure to increase the store’s retail footprint and functionality.
Key works also included the construction of a new cool room, coordinated closely with Woolworths’ Refrigeration Infrastructure (WRI) team, as well as internal store alterations, featuring a new ramp, slab, and Direct to Boot (D2B) extension.
