The Woolworths Front of Store (FOS) Program demonstrates 345 Projects’ capability in managing recurring, fast-paced retail upgrades within live trading environments.
Delivered as part of Woolworths’ ongoing national program, 345 Projects has successfully completed two major programs across Victoria, encompassing over 10 store front-end changeovers.

The works involved front-of-house reconfigurations to align stores with Woolworths’ latest customer experience and loss-prevention initiatives. Each project required detailed coordination, rapid turnaround, and precise staging to maintain full store operations throughout construction.

Operational Management

Our Role

345 Projects provided end-to-end program delivery, managing all stages from PMO through to installation.
The PMO function covered design coordination, pre-checks, permitting, scheduling, and stakeholder communication, ensuring efficiency and compliance across multiple states.
Our national team successfully coordinated logistics, installation, and site works to deliver a seamless rollout while maintaining quality, safety, and live store operations.

Outcome

Across both programs, 345 Projects successfully delivered over 10 FOS upgrades on time and to Woolworths’ national standards.
